Hot buff stud Jack comes to see me about some ailment. After some shoe and sock removal, I examine his foot and recommend he needs some Dr. Strong special potion to help him relax. I also suggest he get some tickle torture therapy. It's hard for Jack to disagree, since he is bound up and helpless!
