Login Problems

The system will not accept my login.

Logins are CaSe SeNsItIvE. Please make sure you enter it exactly as you did when signing up. Make sure your CAPS LOCK is not on. If you are certain that your login is correct it may be due to another reason. To check whether your subscription is active please go to the CCBill Support Page. Your subscription may have been canceled due to a failed rebill.

I am unable to signup using CCBill.

This could be due to a variety of reason. Please visit the CCBill help pages for more detailed information.

Yes, besides accepting Visa, Matercard, Discover and the JCB Card. We do offer other forms of payment including Web900 Subscription(US Only) and Online Checks (USA Only)

How do I cancel my subscription?

Am I able to save the images onto my computer?

Yes, you are able to download all photos that are on our site. Please remember that they are for your own personal use. Any unauthorized use of our images on other websites, newsgroups, etc. is strictly forbidden. All content in JasonStrongTickling.com is copyrighted by law and may not be used without permission.

Movies

Am I able to save the movies onto my computer for personal viewing?

Yes, all of our movies are downloadable for your own personal use. Please remember that all content in JasonStrongTickling.com is copyrighted by law and may not be used without permission.

What format are the movies in?

Movies are available in Windows Media and Quicktime Movie formats. This system requires the latest Windows Media and Quicktime Player/Plug-ins.

The movies sometimes stall when streaming, why does this happen?

Movies are optimized to high quality. Stalling may be due to slow connections, a congested route from your computer to the server or an increased demand on our servers. If you do experience these problems simply allow the player to play for a minute or so before viewing.

I am on a dial up connection, will I still be able to watch the movies?

Yes, however, it will take quite awhile to be able to view the clips.

Are the movies available to buy on DVD?

No, not at this time. We currently do not have any DVD's for sale.
