Pete, the secret spy, has broken in the residence of a very famous politician. In this residence, are the access codes. These codes are very valuable, and in the wrong hands, can be used in numerous, devious ways. Although Pete has secured the codes, he didn't anticipate other evil factions might want the codes as well. It seems Pete was followed and the Creep has plans of his own to not only intercept the access codes, but teach Pete a lesson in tickle torture!
