My business has some ups and downs in this current economy. I need some cash flow and decide to ask one of my competitors if they want to merge. Ken seems reluctant, but I have an idea that might persuade him. I decide to do a "liquid lunch" with him and show him a good time. We get back to my office and he's messed up like a skunk. I don't think he'll mind if I tie him up and tickle him until I get what I want.
