My office is being renovated, so I am working out of my home for the time being. I need a new intern so I set up some interviews. Chad arrives looking dapper in his business attire. He has no idea what is in store for him, but he knows to get to higher places you have to start at the bottom of the ladder. I have him start by removing his dress shoes and black dress socks. He presents his bare feet to me on my table, I need a notepad to write some notes on. And what's better then writing notes on soft soles with a magic marker. He laughs and squirms and I decide that if he wants to be my intern, I have to push his limits the only way I know how.
